10% discount if staying more than one week
November – April 25% discount if staying for 4 nights or more

Christmas and easter are charged as summer price.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel up to 1 month in advance of your planed arrival. After that we reserve the right to charge you for the day's you have booked if we can not find a replacement booking. Even then we will only charge the number of day's that a cancellation leaves empty

We had such a brilliant time at Perlan Guest House! The apartment C, 201 was immaculate, spacious and classily furnished with a fantastic shower, and very comfortable bed. Maria, the owner was friendly and approachable, and ensured our apartment was efficiently serviced every day.

The location is excellent;we were a block from the main street, in a very quiet building. We really felt part of the neighbourhood.
