Once completed, this supertall will surpass the Burj Khalifa as the world's tallest building — and the first to reach one kilometre.

Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, construction began in 2013 but was paused from 2018 to 2023 due to funding issues. The triangular tapering form is designed to reduce wind load and will feature the world's highest observation deck at 664m.
